** Mar ** complaint lodged CAL*********** on its non function. ** Mar checked and found out a PCB is to be replaced. With several reminders, Whirlpool on ** March replied that the PCB has been upgraded and improved version is incompatible with the one I am having. They came up with a proposal to offer depreciated purchase against their own models. On ** March service provider has located a PCB and replaced the same with a cost of Rs. ****. Requested compensation for the big losses and hardships we have faced during the peak summer time in Kerala. Did not receive any reply from them.
Again on ** May **** the refrigerator developed some problems and no cooling. Lodged a complaint CAL ***********. Service provider on ** June came back stating that the main board may have to be replaced that will cost around Rs. ****. This means every two months i have to spent for PCB replacements plus the hardships I had to undergo in absence of a basic item in the house, during this peak summer time. To overcome this situation, I have decided to replace the defective one which costed me more than Rs. *****. Lack of local support
