Kuldeep Motors Private Limited ETAWAH - Kuldeep Motors Forgery (FORM 21)

Kuldeep motors has given me Form ** having chasis no ​MA*CZF**SHH****** (which is inscribed on car chasis and also same in tax invoice ) but Form ** submitted by kuldeep motor to regional transport officer having chasis no. MA*CZF**SHG****** . I got RC with wrong chasis number (MA*CZF**SHG******) which was provided to me by Kuldeep motors . Now I got transferred to Bhubneshwar with NOC having wrong chasis number . I couldn't able to register in bhubneshwar on this NOC (due to wrong chasis number) . Once I again I went back to auraiya with my car and stayed at hotel and also took my leave at office to change the incorrect chasis number and did it by paying unnecessary charges (per month charges from the date of registration) ,which cost me more than ***** and with lots of mental harassment . It took me almost a year for rectification.

I talked to one of employee of Kuldeep motors they said there might have been typographical error in sales certificate and they will look into the matter.But my query was why they made * sales certificate of the same car and also month of manufacturing of vehicle is different in both sales certificate having same engine number .In this way they can sell anyone an old car by giving two different sales certificate to car owner and RTO office.
And now hey are saying the documents(FORM ** provided to RTO by them) are all fake and it was not signed by them .
But same FORM ** I got it from RTO auraiya and RC was provided to me by an employee of Kuldeep motors .(They took whole amount insurance and registration fees along with vehicle fees).
I fed up with their denial as they are saying its my fault to take the vehicle .But I had to take my vehicle because chassis number can only be rectified in RC by showing vehicle presence of RTO officer.
