Seerath offered me job in freelancer (job type is typing work.* book, **** page and each page cost **rs) i agree for the project and seerat sent the below (No of books :*
total pages:****
payment:**,***INR
Rate per page:**INR( negotiable)
deadline: * months
you have to send minimum ** pages and maximum ** daily
payment method available: freelancer, gpay, upi , razer pay, paytm( same for investment)
payment will be according to pages you submit.
you can take pay via: Gpay/phone pe/ bank transfer/upi
sundays are off.(payment will provided on Sundays)
investment:
Commission (As everyone has to pay **% project budget fees to the mediator (which i am between you and the company)

Investment amount and types:
With agreement (****INR: if you take this type of investment then you will get agreement for the project
without agreement:(****INR) : If you take this type of investment you wont get a agreement from the project (contains book charges etc)

a agreement is a signed document / contract provided for the project from the company that states your payments, your details, and every other t&c' s for the project

i agreed to pay **** + **% commission charger (post completion of work)
i paid **** and seerath pinged me in telegram and sent * pdf book for the work with details
i asked to send the agreement bond but she additionally asked me to pay
**** as freelancer chargers + **** for the same (*which was not discussed to me earlier)
**** as mediator charges (*which was not discussed to me earlier)
post paying all the amount, seerath asked me to pay again **** because she couldn't pay the amount to company due to technical error and she asked me to pay and if not paid the project will be cancelled.
i did not pay the amount of **** and i literally felt its not genuine.(my bad of time realization)

Please help me in getting refund of **** (**** I'm not including as it was written non refundable) but do help in refund of **** if possible.
