I had the most horrible experience with Jio Digital TV and Fibernet. One of JIO’s representatives was interacting with me for Jio home connection. He said that all news and regional channels except Sun network ( supposed to be added in a week ) would be available. Further, they said that they would be able to provide multiple TV and Internet connections as was done by the existing operator. He showed all the channels live in his mobile. Based on this, I decided to discontinue our existing network and paid up for Jio. Immediately after installation, Jio said that they would not be able to provide any of the regional channels or news channels( barring two) nor would they be in a position to provide multiple internet and TV connections. Jio’s representative would not take any of my calls nor respond to any message from me. None of my mails to various authorities in JIO and my personal visit met with any satisfactory response. When I wrote to them to take back their stuff and return my money, their response was I would have to forfeit all that I paid. In short they made tall false promises and reneged on their commitments shamelessly.
As I can not trust them, I had informed them to disconnect forthwith while they waited for one month to get over.
