i purchase IFB washing machine in **** from flip kart & at same time also purchase Extended warranty. After that recently my washing machine is not working properly. so i register complain in jeeves. as man from jeeves came to check washing machine & said some part need to be replaced. so Jeeves will arrange the part & than your prob. will be solved. Now after a month Jeeves customer care says your washing machine part can not be arranged from Jeeves, so we will refund the money of washing machine by depreciating **% of MRP, It would be ***** Rs.) But after that another claim dept or any other dept. mailed me that your washing machine depreciation price would be ***** Rs. only. while i asked them to explain or justify it. they are not doing same thing. all the dept. of jeeves tells different story, but not refunding my amount.
