Eleplace - Items delivered in Broken condition

I booked Eleplace to move my house from Bangalore to Calicut,Kerala on **th September ****, they delivered the next day at calicut. the items were not packed as per what they promised and my ** inch LG smart TV was broken and were not in a repairable condition. i informed them before their team left my place. its been ** days and i have not got any compensation. i have submitted bill and cancelled cheque as per their request. they said this entire thing is insured with IFFCO. i cam to know that they already got a claim amount of **K from IFFCO but the same is not transferred yet. they are giving lame excuses and off late no response too.
