Dr Trust - Item was missing from the package seller not ready to give refund

I ordered dr trust Paris weight scale from Flipkart. As usual the order was prepaid and when the package arrived , nothing was there in the box and I submitted the images of it too then also the seller is not ready to give refund . So disappointed with the customer service of Flipkart.
