Hi, I had ordered Sony wireless headphones from VLE Bazaar on **.**.****. * days have passed and the order status is still showing "processing". Despite generating a complaint ticket on **.**.**** as well as sending email their customer care is not responding. I have asked for cancellation of order and refund money. Can you please help in getting refund.
