- Item not picked up for return Open
This complaint is related to Indian clothing brand Allen Solly. This is to mention that I ordered * piece suit from Allen Solly online shopping platform on **.**.****. My order ID is *******. The order was delivered on **.**.****. As the fit of the product was not suiting to me, I placed a return request of the same on **.**.****. As per their policy of ** day return, I was notified that product will be picked on **.**.****. The return ID is *********. One pickup boy from Shadowfax courier company came to pick up the same on **.**.****. But he rejected the same stating that the package was too big to be handled on * wheeler and assured that Van will come to pick the same. Now the worse thing was that Allen Solly customer care was not responding through any means. I tried contacting them on their website, social media but got no response. Every time I create a ticket, I am notified that customer executive will contact you in ** hrs, Four times I complained but no one contacted yet. I mean this is the limit. Such a big brand has such type of customer service. Since then, no one had came again to pick up the product, until I reached out to both Allen Solly & Shadowfax through numerous platforms, numerous times.
On **th Nov **, I got msg from Allen Solly that product will be picked up today. I waited till evening but no one came. The status was updated on Allen Solly website that "pickup failed due to customer not reachable". This msg was displayed at their website at **.** hrs and I was shared the "pickup code" on msg from Shadowfax at **.** hrs. This shows how they are trying to fool us. Even before I received the pickup code, the status was declared that pickup failed due to customer not reachable. I waited for * more day. Same thing happened on **th Nov **. Now, the status at their website is showing " * succesful pickup attempts done". I am filing this complaint against Allen solly to take up the action at the earliest and arrange for pickup of product and refund my amount. Also, I want Government to take necessary actions against such E commerce platform.
