Trivandrumflorist.com - Item not delivered

I ordered an item from trivandrumflorist.com (or magicbunch.com I don't know why the two sites. Both have same info.) for Feb **. Not only was the item delivered till Feb **, they are not picking up the call after I complained. I called at least **-** times. They are not responding by mail also. I am at loss of what to do. It is not about the amount. I had wanted it to be delivered for the occasion. Other's should not be cheated by them.I have only received sms confirmation by them about the order being placed. No response or update since then.
