Freecout.in - Item not delivered and website not accessible

Ordered and paid for a Xiaomi Mi pad * plus LTE *G ** GB CN ROM tablet from www.freecout.in on ** March **** for Rs. *****/- by debit card. When the item was not shipped after ** days, I sent a query to their site but got no reply. Yesterday, I found the server IP did not exist and could not log in to the website. Please help me get me a refund asap from www.freecout.in which is not accessible now.
