I ordered two cakes one for my parents anniversary and other for my froend as easter special. I ordered to be delivered for *th april ****. At the time pf ordering they confirmed pincode and accepted the payment. Items did not delivered even at *pm. I checked the status and it showed not confirmed. I called up and they said its not possible to deliver today. I said I want it for the occasion and please cancel it if its delayed and give back my refund. They told they will add it to the wallet. I wanted my money to be transferred to the bank account. Till now they were not properly responding to my queries regarding refund. They kept my phone on hold for almost * minutes, did not answer my calls,kept cutting my calls. This is such an injustice. They weren't able to provide either the said service or the refund back. Please take an action against them. My whole day's happiness was lost on this issue. They should be paying the money back to my account atleast. Instead they are trying to cheat by transferring to wallet and making us buy their low class products. Please take an action on this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
