Amante India - Item not confirmed and delivered

I have ordered one item for Rs. ***/- from https://www.amantelingerie.in website on **.**.**** and I have completed payment on **.**.****. I have received a mail stating transaction successful and my order id ************* and payment reference is ************. I have not received any further information about my order. I mailed about my order status to deepakj@masholdings.com which is given in the payment receipt on **.**.**** and he has replied like FYI & NA by copying my mail details. On **.**.**** and on **.**.**** I have received mail from info@amante.co.in stating that 'Thank you for contacting us, we would like to inform you that kindly revert us with the confirmation of your order ID for further assistance'. But still, now I have not received any information from the website despite I have sent emails to info@amante.co.in and deepakj@masholdings.com.
