Winni - Item delivered was not as per description and cost

My ** yr old mother wanted to send Rakhi to her ** yr old brother so I ordered elegant Rakhi as per age from Winni. The Rakhi that was delivered was a kid's batman rakhi. It landed me into embarrassing situation when my uncle sent me the photos on the day of rakshabandhan. When I raised the complaint. They apologized and said we will deliver Rs ** chocolates as complimentary against my Rs *** order. Such shameless people. Its been * days now, I have been calling them, sending emails, requesting for refund but no luck. Useless and fraud company. Don't fall in their trap
