- Issues on refund by Simplilearn ^{Offered Resolution}

Hi Team,

Am Hemalatha Venkatesan, age ** years. I recently, while looking for a right learning partner for myselffor my Career in IT industry , I reached out the Simplilearn institute for enquiry on the courseson !*th september ****. I was guided through a learning advisor from simplilearn Mr. Vijay, after my enquiry forced me to take up their learning on compulsion , though i explained on the money problems I Had , the learning consultant forced to take up the course , stating after revieing the course , you can raise even a cancellation and full refund within * days,They introdu ced me to third party finacial supporter Propelld Institute .The course name: Masters program in Data scientist and Data Analytics for rs.*****, loan processed from Propelld institute .But within the same day on **th of september I cancelled the courses learning and stated for the refund with simplilearn , in concern after reviewing it and to make up with money problems.

The refund successfully accepted by the leaning institute and it was processing the same to the Propelld partner. In while I was getting emails from Propelld team on the EMI remainders for the course fees of **,*** and I was totally confused and reached the finacial Partner Propelld on this remainder EMIs, they informed that they have not got the amount yet , so to reach simplilearn learning institute about refund processing. When I reached Simplilearn team on the same they raised support request ******** on their online platform , I was informed by them that the refund is processed from their end and if any EMI deduction happen also , the Financial partner could refund back the same . The EMI deduction happened as scheduled on *th October ****, For the learning course which i have not at all learnt any.

Then i waited for sometime, later when on october **th , I again reached propelld team about the refund for the loan on learning course. They informed me back that the money of Rs. ***** was only received from Simplilearn institution and adding to it the EMI deducted from My end of Rs.**** will be considered and we will close the loan without further EMIs and to reach Simplilearn learning partner , about the refunds, Over the email with screenshot.also thad the Customer.delightteam@simplilearn.com in loop.



I again raised a support request with Simplilearn stating all the things above informed by the financial partner Propelld

Request Number : ******** on their website , they again replied just with the screen that the loan was pre closed and they paid Rs.***** to Propelld Team .

I exactly don't understand which institute to rely on to get the money back , which was deducted as a EMI for a cancelled learning course from Simplilearn, Where the money is getting held , who is true on this issue whether it Simplilearn or Propelld Team, or its both hiding things behind the scenes , because it was through simplilearn learning institute I was guided to Propelld Finanicial support , these two institutes do communicate each other with transparency , on what as happened and happening behind their scenes of refund , just sending individual emails that they processed refund and propelld answering we received only ***** from simplilearn and closing their tickets without proper solutions. Though i have kept both the team in email communication loops , they are ignoring to give a proper resolution and providing a clear picture, where and who to claim the money back .

I feel completely broken like am being cheated by this learning institute Simplilearn and their third party financial Partner Propelld , I have not even taken the learning, but now I lost my money of Rs.**** . They indulging in fraud kind of activity I Feel on the refund, They even bring big companies for their customers to get blief at first like IBM is in collabartion with them .



Please address my issue and guide on the further thimngs to proceed to get my money back from the learning institute Simplilearn. PFA screenshots for the reference and let me know any further details.
