I have enrolled the ISO **** & ISO ***** course with the knowledge academy in July ****. After enrollment only I came to know that they are not providing IRCA certification which is mandatory for my career growth. When I asked this with sales representative, He message me like he will let me know but after that he didn't gave any response. Training class which they provided was also not in a proper way and very poor. I have raised the complaint from my side and they declined to refund the money. I have approached sales representative who was engaged with me from the beginning, he told & promised that he will raise the complaint from his side and sort out the issue as earliest. Now the person also resign and he is not picking the call. I am trying to talk to customer care and there is no proper response. I have not even used this course for one day.
