SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE

I have purchased a Samsung top loading fully automatic washing machine (WA**E*XEC/TL) * years back. My machine was working fine till July '** but one day I have noticed it got stuck while rinse then I contacted Samsung and a guy Mr. Pankaj Tyagi Came on **th July ** and suggested me to change the certain parts (paper is attached below) and gave me a bill of ****/- and after getting my approval next day he had changed the same but unfortunately after few days I had started facing the same issue then *nd time again I had contacted the company and same guy came next day contacted the company and same guy came next day and gave me a reason of low voltage but here would like to mention his behavior aspects as well he was quite rude he told my old parents don't dare to call on company's no., If u face any issues call me personally so when this incident came in my notice I had again contacted to company and registered my complaints against him regarding his behavior and machine to Rahul, he told me that he would take a strict action against him and your issue will be resolve by a senior engineer this time but nothing has happened after * days when I dailled customer care no this time I had a conversation with 'Sudhir' that guy was litteraly arrogant and was not ready to help, however I was adamant for visit of a sr. Engineer as I don't want to face this issue on regular basis, it's annoying but as promised no body's has come next day I was waiting and *-* days has again passed then this Monday a new technician Mr. Farhan came in picture who was not looking expert nor he was senior however he completely denied his colleague's claim of 'low voltage' anyway he said run your machine tomorrow and if you face any problem then give a call to me and I'll fix it, next day when machine get stuck while rinse I gave a call to him and he promised that he will come in *nd half but again a false commitment was made by the company then I cleaned clothes by my hands.... So today I have high fever so I thought to clean the same through machine only just to try my luck but again faced this issue now I called up thrice on Farhan's no. (**********) he is not answering my calls. This is literally annoying and I'm feeling helpless.
They are simply making their customers fool. Must say they have pathetic services.
Please resolve my issue if you can.
