MPL Mobile Premier League - Issue in withdrawal processing pending for more than 7 working days

I tried to withdraw ***** from my winnings balance on **th Jan ****. I placed the UPI transfer request which usually happens very fast. But this request I placed is on processing as you can see from screenshot from * working days and everytime I try the customer support chat option, The support staff acts like a bot and tells me to wait for ** hours and that senior team is still working on the issue. They are giving me mental torture with everyday same response and closing the ticket without even providing resolution. The money is still with MPL and transaction is still showing processing and the support staff are negligent as ever
