We had purchased New Activa *G in the month of Jan ****. I did all the services at a scheduled time. In mid of April ****, we started facing the problem with the bike battery. The bike stopped one-day early morning, got checked informed battery issue, same took to Service centre “Shiv Samarth Motoriders Pvt Ltd [Counto Honda], Bicholim Goa”, but the way they provided customer service is very pathetic and unbelievable. As the bike is under warranty they should have replaced the battery themselves at the service centre. But they refused to do so, as they don't have a battery in stock in the showroom. They provided the letter of replacement or checkup to Amoron Battery showroom anywhere in Goa. Being working peoples we can’t afford searching to showrooms who can help us to change our battery. If we had taken a bike from that showroom they should have taken full responsibility of providing the servicing to the bikes under warranty. We had wasted our week. Its has caused mental harassment, time wastage in searching and finding out the Amoron showroom that will help us in this case. From so many days we are riding the bike without a speedometer, fuel meter and the most important horn of the bike. Who is responsible for this irresponsibility and careless of the company? This is not the way they should do with customers. It's cheating, mental harassment to the customer who has purchased it and times wastage for the owner of bike and safety against traffic rule to ride a bike without the horn.
Dear customer forum, need help from your side where this big showrooms taking advantage of common peoples & harassing them. When need customer they run behind them. When their work is done they are not bothered. Need help to stop this.
