I am from TamilNadu and own a Baleno Delta car which I bought it from - Khivraj Nexa Ambattur (TamilNadu) Showroom on **th Jan **** - Only * Months back.
Took the car to Khivraj Nexa Ambattur Service center for rectifying a noise issue in the rear portion of the car which comes while driving on - (*rd Oct **** around *PM). Service center guys took the car and checked it, could not diagnose the problem on the same day, so they asked me to bring it by following Monday(*th Oct). I had work on that day, took the car taking holiday to office on *th Oct and gave the car for checkup morning itself. I sat there in the showroom from morning thinking that problem would be resolved but instead they kept the vehicle idle and dint really work to spot the problem. Later by evening they said we could not spot the problem, hence asked me to leave the vehicle in Garage. I gave them one more day (*th Oct) and did a follow up on *th Oct, asked them whether the problem was sorted, but they dint reply properly hence I walked to the service center on that day and took the car from them since they told that they could not identify the root cause.
I escalated this thing to Maruti Nexa on *th Oct night since there was new scratches made during the course of the time my car was in the service center and also I was not really happy since the technicians handled my problem lethargically and even could not spot the problem.
Following the escalation that I did on Maruti Nexa, I got a Call from Divyaj Sahai - Nexa, Marimuthu - Nexa, Vijayaraghavan (VP Khivraj Motors Pvt. Ltd.) the next day morning(*th Oct), they had asked for apologies and guranteed me that they would interfere into this and get the problem sorted. I agreed to their words and took the car to Khivraj Motors Guindy based on their suggestion to get the problem sorted on *th Oct, the team changed the rear suspension but however the noise was not arrested. Hence the team asked for one more day and asked me to bring the car on **th Oct again.
I took the car on Oct **th morning itself to Khivraj Motors Guindy, Mr. Senthil - Territory Service manager was too present at the spot for giving suggestion to the service team and getting the thing sorted since it had been more than a week without the problem getting sorted. The service team too worked from morning, i too was in the service bay noticing what they were really doing. They did multiple changes and did * test runs. But the sound did not get arrested. Hence they reworked again on the components on the rear portion, while doing this they damaged the rear axle beam thread which exists in the car under body - Rear assy beam screwing part and now they are again requesting me for some more days to get the problem sorted.
How is it acceptable since it was not my fault, while doing the service, the team damaged the key component of my car which is just * months old and only *.* K Km driven. Hence I want Nexa to either issue me a new vehicle, taking my old vehicle. It has really created mental agony to me and it is really depressing.
