Atul Collar - Irritated with cooler

I am suffering from the cooler that l have purchased last year from Batra electronic Elgin road Allahabad on **th of April last year. When I started on April *st I was shocked that it was not working so I reported to Batra इलेक्ट्रॉनिक Elgin road. They told me to contact the company i.e Atul Cooler Agra. I reported to the company they said that it's out of warranty. I am suffering from right side paralyzed. It's very difficult for me to go after them. I am suffering it's too hot I am getting hyper depression in the faith of justice.
