Sankara Eye Hospital - Irreversible damage caused by doctor

We had a very bad experience of irreversible eye damage by Dr Surendranatha Reddy in Sankara eye hospital.  Below are the details of the notice.  I am not sure whether I am contacting the right person to avoid victims.
The doctor permanently damaged my **-year mother's right eye with * surgeries for retina which all three surgeries are done in * months. While we go for retina,  he suggested cataract surgery first. When the retina itself is detached, what is the need of cataract? He also did gas filling surgery. All these procedures he did not inform us when consultation. Gas filling surgery he did an emergency and did not give time for the second opinion. We realized earlier **%of eyesight is lost. He told its like torn cloth and we can't do anything further. When we go to second opinion eye scan we came to know retina oil filling has cavity and oil is not proper in the eye and it spilt to behind retina. In this hospital mostly budgeted and poor people come. But he got good money from us with * surgeries. The money we can earn. But irreversible eye damage was done by Dr Surendranatha reddy can he give back? Getting less money from poor people and give importance to trainees. Shame on my ignorance that they have used my mother's eye for trainees learning without our knowledge.
