નમસ્તે મારું નામ રવિ છે. અને મારી ફરિયાદ બસના ડ્રાઈવર અને બસ કન્ડક્ટર વિરુદ્ધ છે. જેઓની બેદરકારીને કારણે આજે મારા ફાધર બચુભાઈ જેમની ઉમર ૭૬ વષૅની છે તેમને ખૂબ તકલીફનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો છે. એક હોટેલમાં બસનો stay કર્યા બાદ મારા ફાધર ને બસમાં લીધા વગર ડ્રાઈવર અને કન્ડક્ટરે બસ ત્યાંથી રવાના કરી દીધેલ હતી. તો મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી કે આવા બસના ડ્રાઈવર અને કન્ડક્ટર વિરુદ્ધ સખત પગલાં લેવામાં આવે..
