Had booked a plot under shine city in Kanpur, had already paid * lakh & ** thousand in the name of developer. after some time the agent & developer stopped responding to calls. Their kanpur office was closed. Later came to know through news that the onwer was absconding and cases registered against him and the company in various cities.
