Hi Team,
I want to complaint against the company Excitel. I have been using their connection from the last *+ months and continuously facing frequent Disconnection, slow speed , no connectivity issue and I raised complaint for number of times. They resolved the ticket as soon as the connection show active without even doing anything. I tried to contact customer support via chat and call and they give everytime same troubleshooting steps and raise ticket. The ticket on which they don't even work and I have been trying to talk to the supervisor and the call centre agent simply says we can't transfer your call to supervisor. Everytime they give new story. I have suffering a lot mentally . I have all the chat transcript and call recording. Please help
