I had booked flight from delhi to jazan saudi arabia for **/**/****,under booking ID-GI*B************* ( goibibo ).the flight number FZ-**** & PNR- IEJZMN( fly dubai)the flight was cancelled by airlines.till now i have not received my full refund .despite trying to reach every day & exploring all channels for my refund.( facebook messenger,whats app , twitter ) till now i have not got assuring response from makemytrip & goibibo.they have not kept any specific information or number for refund or cancellation.there applications don’t have any features.only for booking they have kept customer numbers.
