A SRINIVASA RAO filed complaint against shriram life insurance on Feb 4, 2020
Almost one month has gone my wife’s policy No .NP************ matured on **-**-**** but till today there is NO AMOUNT credited. And again y’day I have received a message from Shriram Life Insurance One New Policy generated (recd. message). I could not understand How the Policy Generated without my concern? This is very embracing to see this type of messages and already I called their support team but they have NO DETAILS. Such a big company, they don’t do like this.
