I availed the packer/mover service from 'NoBroker' in May **** and along with it, I also bought an insurance cover from NoBroker to cover potential damages.
During the packing/moving process, there were some damages and I reached out to NoBroker to file an insurance claim. NoBroker executives/agents told me that I should carry out the repair of the damages and then file a claim within sixty days. When I filed the claim about ** days after carrying out the repairs, the claim was rejected and I was told that the claims should have been made within twenty-four hours of the damage. I had, on my part, immediately notified of the damage to NoBroker but due to wrong communication and customer apathy on part of NoBroker, the claim was not accepted. Note that the insurance that I had taken is under a group insurance policy of NoBroker and they play an important part in the claim processing, settlement and approval process.
