The Insurance agent Madam Shobana explained the policy details to my wife (Mrs. Shanmuga Sundari) and processed the documents to complete in my name of Balamurugan. After in our payment we received the proposal email from the Bharathi AXA company its not the same stated as the insurance Agent mentioned, so immediately communicated to the agent to cancel the policy and refund the payment to in our account, this was done after our payment within the next * days to apply for the cancellation.
The Agent also agreed and processed for the cancellation of policy, we are keep asking for our payment to return on our account. she mentioned that cancellation it will take some time to process and refund the amount to in our account.
In-between another one fine day she mentioned that the cancelled application required to resubmit, she is processing again that so she need the OTP to submit the cancellation of our policy.
But what she done, collected the payment from the first policy one and applied another new policy without our concerns, she put in my signatures all the places to divert the cancelled policy amount,
another * months we are keep asking for the payment still she is saying the refund is pending to process, After long time follow-up with their customer care, I got the email that refund amount processed and utilised to book another policy.
I went to the branch, she mentioned to cancel the *nd policy and refund the amount, this is past * months now, still now I didn't get any proper feedback.
Pls. assist to file the complaint and arrange to get it paid back in my payment back
