- Installed 3 KW solar system is not Working properly ^Open

In my case, Oxben Solar Solution installed a * KW roof top solar plant on the roof of my house and promised ** to ** units of energy production, but I am only receiving * to * units, compared to the promised **%. As a result, I attempted to contact them and received a disappointing response. Normally they do not answer the phone, after too many attempts they will give a date for a site visit, but they will not show up. Now, they are asking for more money to resolve this issue and are threatening me. Consequently, I lost trust in the company, so I need to uninstall the plant and request a refund of the amount as well as compensation.

As they stated, I will receive a bill or guarantee for the panels, inverters, and components used by postal service in the near future. If necessary, photos and other details will be provided.
