On **th/May/****, Fortis Hospital, Nagarbhavi branch, Bangalore had conducted a Covid Vaccination Drive in our Apartment with mutual consent. The consumers got vaccinated by paying the amount of Rs. ****/- each (*** + *** service charge). The hospital staff provided the consolidated bill but the consumers are requesting for the individual bills so that they can get it reimbursed in their respective organisations. Request VOXYA to help us get the bills on our individual names.
