Indigo Airlines 6E - Indigo Airlines Delay in joining date for Officer customer service in airport operations

I am VINAY KUMAR.TEKUMALLA from Hyderabad. I was selected for the post of officer Customer service in indigo airlines on **nd of November and I received my shortlisted mail on **th of November and interview was done in Hyderabad airport. I was told by HR Gowlikar.Krishnakanth that we would be given joining date in ** to ** days but I have not recieved any mail so I approached Hr Krishnakanth again on *th December and asked about this he sent me offer break up email on the same day stating to join on **st December after subject to document clearance.I submitted all the documents required after i got another mail on **th December after that on **th of December I have received a mail from hr Krishnakanth stating that my joining date is postponed and they told me that they will let me know soon. But it's been almost ** days since my interview has completed till date I have not got any joining date confirmation yet.It's really disappointing that indigo airlines which values TIME is delaying my joining date. I see the airline recruiting again in Hyderabad whereas the candidates recruited * to * months back are still jobless sitting home ,waiting for the joining date. Please look forward into this problem and the reason for the delay I would Atleast like to know the reason for such a delay. I have been eagerly waiting to be a part of company like indigo.
