Mobile phone sale vivo - Indian army olx scamming

Recently I saw a phone on olx vivo v**. I contacted with a man named Vishal Singh telling himself as army officer and said that he want tk sell his phone and accept his offer. Then hi asked me for packaging payment of rupee *** and I payed . Then after some time he said for **% payment of whole. And I payed **** . Then before the time of delivery he said that there is some mail issue occuring in your order and you have to pay your full amount to get your phone and I paid ****to him and still now I don't get any delivery from that person . I also have proof
