I bought connection of Independent Tv under scheme all channels including HD free for one year and FTA channels for five years. However just a month after that, they stopped showing HD channels citing TRAI regulations and now even the SD channels are coming intermittently. Broadcast quality is very poor. Calls not getting connected and call back service also not responding. A local agent who installed the connection is also not responding. It's a clear cut case of cheating.
