I had ordered a product from their website on **/*/**. The product was set to initially arrive, according to their estimated delivery date on **/*/**, just in time for Rakshabandhan.
However the pickup got delayed and the product wasn't ready for shipping (as stated and tracked by the partner courier's website) untill **/*/**.
The product thus didn't arrive in time and the delivery was delayed by more than * days from the initial estimate. No update regarding this was passed on by the website, either through mail or contact.
Not only this, the product that got delivered was entirely different from what I had ordered on the website. An option to initiate a refund or replacement could not be found. However a little digging on their website showed that the customer has to initiate a replacement/refund on his own part. The lack of communication and details regarding where and how to replace the defective product has given me a mental toll. Not to forget the amount that I have been duped of financially.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
