Ixoracart - Incorrect product received

Hi,
I had ordered for the Blue and Green colour South silk designer saree. But I have received a wrong product. I have received a plain black saree with gold border which is not at all worth. And I don't have any necessity of that saree. I have not even opened the saree. Kindly take back the product and refund my money. I have added all the photos in this email.

Please do the needful. I'm very much disappointed. I had to attend some function and expected the saree. But just because of you have sent me wrong product, I'm disappointed.
