I ordered the Neptune Hub on ** June **** from Urjayantra.com and it was delivered to me on ** July **** with order number ST**** (AWB No. **************). But the product inside it is not what I ordered. It is a cheap toy watch made of cheap plastic costing no more than ** rupees in the market.
I paid ₹**** for this order by COD and got an incorrect product. I'm attaching the pictures of the order I got. Kindly help me in getting a refund.
