- Incorrect product delivered returned no refund or replacement given Open
I order a pair of Tomford sunglasses from the website www.theopulentstore.com.
Order #*********. The payment method was cash on delivery. They delivered a package about ** days, however on opening the package I found that the sunglasses were of completely different make and model (Burberry). Since they have payment before handover policy. The delivery personnel already left with the complete payment.
On contacting the vendor using phone number ***********. I was told they will replace the item a few days later. The courier person will give me a return slip and they will replace the item within ** days. I have attached copy of order confirmation with order and return slip received from the courier. Since that day they have become nonresponsive to my calls and not responding to my WhatsApp messages or SMS. I neither have a product nor the money (INR****) I paid for it. Their website and email address have shut down and not acceptable.
