My wife had ordered a dress using the Nykaa Fashion app. The clothing brand is called 'Moon Tara' and the delivery partner is Delhivery. The package seemed to have been in transit for a long time. Though the package had reached our city, there was no update on when we would receive it. Meanwhile, my wife ordered another two dresses from Nykaa Fashion, both at the same time. When these dresses got delivered, they got delivered along with the original product that had been delayed. However, the first product is not what my wife had ordered. In fact, when all * parcels reached home, * of the dresses were wrapped in a Nykaa branded brown cover and the incorrect product was in a plastic Delhivery branded cover which clearly mentions 'SECURE RETURN' on it. This cover has no mention of my wife's name & address. All it has is a barcoded sticker with the airway bill number. This makes it obvious that the product was supposed to be returned by whoever had purchased it, but for some reason Delhivery has delivered that product to us with the airway number bill of our order. As mentioned before, the brand name of the dress my wife had ordered is Moon Tara, but the wrong dress we received is of the brand 'Kaajh'. We have contacted both Moon Tara and Nykaa, who have confirmed that there's been no discrepancy at their end and that is very obvious. It is pretty evident that the goof-up or theft or fraud has happened from Delhivery's end and these frauds are not owning up to their crime. I'm sure we're not the only such victims and the more customers they dupe this way, the more money they'll make unfairly. I need this to be resolved as the service from Delhivery has been pathetic & appalling and moreover, they've just proved themselves to be thieves, simply reaffirming that their bad reviews on social media are justified. I had spoken to someone from the Delhivery warehouse who called himself a 'supervisor' and he cared to take no responsibility, so I asked for a higher-up and he hung up on me.
