Bharat pe - Incorrect loan guarantor details

Hi,
This in with regards to one ongoing loan in the name of Rehan PAN shop (Principle Amount ₹**,***). I have been receiving frequent calls for the repayment of the loan amount from Mr. Amit Kumar (**********), who mentioned himself to be someone from your team. First to point out, I did not know anything about this loan and I did not even sign anywhere as the guarantor for any such loan. The guy who took the loan lives nearby and is no further related to me. I even had a discussion with him regarding the same today and he mentioned that he did not provide my name as the guarantor. God knows from your team got my contact numbers.
Your teams must and should be running a background check on the guarantor details provided by any loan applicant. In no way I am responsible for the recoverability of the above mentioned amount. If I receive any further calls from you people then I will take the appropriate legal action against your organization.
For your reference, the contact number of the borrower is **********. To reiterate, this loan has no connection with me and I am not resonsible for your failure to recover any amount. Please don't bother me in this matter anymore.
