I ordered one printed shirt from Dozray.com through order DR#***** on ** Aug **** and received incorrect item. I contacted them through email on dozray.help@gmail.com. They asked me send the product back through courier then they will refund the amount to wallet on Dozray.com and I have to order it again. I asked if they also refund the courier charges which I have to pay to send their incorrect item and they said it is non refundable. I told them I will approach to NCH and they asked bank details to refund the money. After taking the bank details again they asked me to send back the product and the amount will be refunded to wallet on Dozray.com.
Why should I spend further money by self courier for Dozray mistake? They should replace the product with the correct one. I saw so many online Forums for this illegal practices by Dozray and Dealhop Pvt limited. I would happily return or exchange the product by self courier if this was not their mistake.
