Hi Hathway team,
As I have been forcefully recharged by your customer care team to my broadband connection last month **th Aug, but I asked for the recharge date start from Sep *. And he suggested that will reflect from *rd Sep. but it’s not update as said. Next recharge date is showing as **th Sep instead of *nd Oct.
