Airtel Broadband - Incorrect bill generated

I am using airtel broadband from ****. Currently i am in *+* months plan and i paid the amount for this plan as it's advance rental plan. I should get new bill in the month of February ****, but Airtel sent renewed my plan in October **** and sent me the bill of Rs. ****.**. I contacted airtel customer care and they said the paln is *+*, may be system generated bill after * months only, so forwarding the information to billing department to correct that. Billing depart not called and closed the service requesting saying the bill is correct and one more executive called for disconnection. I sent an email to nodal officer as well as appellate of airtel but they are not responding and i tried calling given nodal officer number which is also not connecting.
