Fosso.in - Incorrect and cheap product delivered by FOSSO

I placed an order for a yoga mat on fosso.in website. The price of the yoga made which I Paid was rupees ***. after ** days or so I received the product. as it was a cash on delivery and I made the full payment to the delivery guy. Later when I checked the product I came to know that it was of very bad quality and not from the same brand for which I have placed the order. subsequently I started writing emails and WhatsApp messages using the the information provided on their website (support@fosso.in). I also tried to to initiate a product return on their website but even after delivery of the product they have not updated at the delivery has been made so it was only showing cancel order link and that is why I could not initiate the return of the wrong product delivered. I have already written them * emails and *-* WhatsApp messages but haven't heard back from them even single time. now that I have had the time to go through their website it is apparent that they are running a scam just to cheat people off their hard earned money. I understand that there is a possible scenario that I wont get back my money but I just want to ensure that no one else should undergo the same cheating scam and for that I'll make sure that I spend some of my time to bring down these scammers and their charade. Any help from voxya would really be useful.
