We checked in hotel at * pm and then we go for shopping and we came in hotel at * pm . When we sleep there was sound in hotel like screaming of boys and girls some boys are running into lobby. We are getting scared we call oyo they connected us to property manager. We ask for this inconvenience for property manager they gave silly reasons we checked out at night at ** o'clock. From that hotel and checked in other hotel. We want my money back from oyo. We called at least * to * times they receive call and after some discussion they disconnected the call.
