Iffco tokio - Incomplete refund for car damage

My Hyundai i** car had met with an accident in Jalandhar which was given to repaired at Hyundai authorized repair centre Goyal Automotive Private Limited, Goyal Hyundai, G.T. Road, Jalandhar. Initially, I was promised that it would be cashless but at the time of car delivery the repair centre refused and I had to pay in cash. The final bill for the car repair was generated Rs ***** on **-**-**. The IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Limited company after repeated reminder for the refund for several weeks over mobile finally refund an incomplete amount of **,***.** on **-**-** ( I had a depreciation waiver cover in my insurance policy).
