Livspace - Incomplete Interior works

We have appointed Livspace interiors to carryout interior works in our Apartment. The team promised a **-day delivery but delayed the works for more than * months. After completion, we are facing a lot of issues with the works done, because of poor materials used, unfinished works, substandard materials, etc. With regard to this, we have raised several complaints, but none of our issues were addressed and several online complaints raised on their site were still in open status. The team assured they will attend the issue and rectify the problems. But still, none of the warranty documents were handed over to us, our issues were never resolved. After promising standard works and delivery, now seeing the incomplete works we feel cheated and I expect a response and action from the company on the pending issues.
