People s Art - Incomplete incorrectly made order

My experience with them has been very very bad. I placed order for * items on **th August **** but none of the products are ready yet as in nothing has been dispatched. They shared the image of the dining table however they made the table and the chairs both in a complete different color than what i had ordered. There are only two people working in the whole company , one of them is very very unprofessional. His name is Rajeev, in order to take the order be will bluff anything,committ false delivery timelines, incorrect order status and dispatch schedules but actually no products are ready even after * months of placing the order. This person has stopped receiving my calls also now that * weeks are over n he had committed a dispatch date of **th October. I thought he was a genuine person earlier with the way he has treated this,i can only call his a fraudulent person who will say anything to take your hard earned money. I have fallen prey to this scam, they might have good craftsmanship but they lack basic work ethics n professionalism in turn youre lucky if you ever get your product.I m very very disappointed. Please save your hard earned money and do not order from people's art.

Finally after * months ** days I received my order on *th November **** however after unboxing everything realised that the mirror for the dressing unit was not sent which was told at least * times that it was sent. I was told that since it's taken so long the prouduct i will receive will be top notch quality but except the dining table and the console unit, they have not been able to achieve craftsmanship on two other products that i had given them to make. The finishing on the dressing unit and the side table is very very poor, the drawers are very tight and I am hardly able to open and close them as they channels provided are very poor quality. They have not even maintained the correct design on the products. The hooks on the drawer were supposed to be same color as the legs as for the dresser n the side table but for both the books have been made in silver which is changing the look of the items. The finishing on the dresser is very very poor n of course I am still continuing too follow up for the mirror which I don't know when will be sent as apparently * months we're not enough to procure the mirror from their respective vendor. The worst habit that this company has is lying. They will tell you they will reach factory and share update but that will never ever tell anything n then next time you call them it's the same thing they will say. Before shipping I asked for the mirror, the owner confirmed * times on chat that he is sending everything together but he didn't and he very well knew it as later when I asked him he told me that since the vendor was not able to give it on time it was not sent. This is what I hate about this company, their words have no value at all, you cannot trust anyone.I just wanted this communication to end with them once n for all so i told pls refund the amount of the mirror as i will procure it from here but they are not considering that. They have made me wait * months for these * small items and now make me wait for * more month just to ship the mirror.
They do not understand that business is built on trust and that keep playing with that trust day in day in which is very hurtful. They lie straight to your face and when you need the most they will not pick up calls. I have decided to file a legal case against the company as such persons shouldn't be allowed to play with customers emotions n money this way. Any business can have my money provided they respect the money n the time I have spent in looking for them and ordering the items which I need, such liars doing business is actually threat to the entrepreneur ecosystem.
