Kk Constructions - Incomplete construction and Poor quality of construction

I have bought an apartment from K. Mohanasundar, S/o Mr. K.
Kabali, Owner of M/s K K Constructions (Builder) vide registered construction and
sale agreement no.****/**** and ****/**** dated **th September **** under Apartment from December month onwards and requested him to complete all
common work, since the same is affecting our apartment construction and Day to
day life of ourselves Now he is threatening us that he will not complete all pending
common work of our building mentioned below: List of our common Pending Work
• Concrete pavement of Parking space is not allocated to the owners residing in the
premises • Common EB meter is not fixed • Installation of Lift & CCTV • Internal
Painting work Hence, we are requesting your good selves to intervene and help us
to complete all pending work of building by the Builder and also requesting to
provide damages of Rs. ** Lakhs to our apartment due to his poor quality of
construction I have attached the photos of current situation of the building, due to
that internal damage of our apartment
