Recently like *st Jan,** I visited BigBazaar and I bought some fruits etc. Before check out I realized that bag in which staff had given me fruits is broken so I packed it in another bag and stapled it. Big Bazzar around ** of them cornered me and started misbehaving and harassing me, they insulted me and abused me and called me Thief. They did not think for single moment how ** people are over powering me - a ** year old person. Is this respect offered to elderly.
I had done nothing wrong, but BigBazaar did not provide me any opportunity they mentally tortured me. I wish I could sue them or if I can find some way to impose fine.
They extracted fine from me without providing any receipt or explanation. I
